The contract appointment will be performance based for a period of one year and the same will be reviewed by NFC Board for further extension for a period of two years.
Medical facility for self, spouse & dependent children as per company policy.
TA/DA equivalent to NFC grade D-I.
Gratuity- one month’s basic salary for each completed year of service (the basic salary shall be considered 60% of the lumpsum salary for the purposes of gratuity etc.).
30 days leave will be allowed in a calendar year.
The contract will be terminated by giving 30 days' notice on either side.
Allowances mentioned in advertisement under pay package includes house rent, utilities and monetization.
